• Here at Sweets & Sensibility, we require a minimum of 72 hour notice to fulfill an order. Custom orders must be placed at least one week in advance, however, additional time is always appreciated.

  • After you place your order, you should receive an email confirming payment as well as one confirming your order. If you are picking up your order, you will get an email with the location for pickup. For delivery, we will confirm your delivery address. We receive payment for custom orders when you get the dessert, so you will only receive an order confirmation email, no payment yet. If you have any questions or last minute additions, feel free to reach out before the day of the event. We love to hear from you!

  • On the date you specify, we will get your dessert to you, whether that is through pickup or delivery. If you need to cancel your order, reach out to sweets.sensibility@gmail.com or using our contact form and we will do our best. Order cancellations are non-refundable.
