SWEETS & SENSIBILITY TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Orders & Payments

Confirmation: Orders are only officially booked once full payment is received. For custom orders, payment must be completed in full via Squarespace invoice prior to pickup. Orders will not be released until payment is confirmed.

Lead Time: We require at least 3 - 14 days’ notice for all orders and at least 7 days lead time for custom orders.

Payments: Full payment is required for orders.

2. No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final: Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Cancellations: If you cancel your order, your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup date will be charged the full order amount.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Assumption of Risk: Once a product is picked up or delivered, Sweets & Sensibility is no longer responsible for any damage (e.g., heat damage, dropping, or improper storage).

Punctuality: Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Late pickups may result in your order being held for a later window or an extra charge.

4. Quality & Design

Artistic Interpretation: While we welcome inspiration photos, we do not guarantee exact replicas. Each item is handmade and may have slight variations in color and design.

Non-Edible Items: Some decorations (like cake toppers or floral wires) are non-edible. It is the customer's responsibility to remove these before serving.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

Common Allergens: Our home kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. By ordering, you acknowledge this risk for yourself and your guests.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for the order in question.
